Building has begun.

Trust Members would like to thank everyone for their patience while we worked to secure funding for a Railway Workshop. Stage 1 is a Locomotive Shed for K92 and we are especially greatful to NZ Lotteries Environment & Heritage Fund Community Trust South & the staff of Community Operations South Island - Department of Internal Affairs. We are thrilled to share these photos from today of the wonderful team from Carpentry South taking the building from being on paper to reality. Fundraising is still needed for some final aspects of the turn table and also Stage 2 so please help us out "buy a postcard - buy a sleeper" or "become a member" as every dollar will help.
